All funds and plans purchased for use in University of Minnesota Dining Services at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Campus are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. University of Minnesota Dining Services funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all University of Minnesota Dining Services funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire on the last day of the current semester or at the earlier of the last day of enrollment or employment, as applicable.
Each student is issued a photographic identification card (U Card), which must be presented in order to obtain access to the dining services. Students who lose their identification card must go to the U Card Office for a replacement and pay the applicable replacement fee. Meals will not be provided without a valid U Card.
